Instructor Biography
Rohana Ngah (Prof. Dr.) has been with the Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia for more than 24 years. She has extensive academic and professional experience in business management, entrepreneurship, innovation, and knowledge management. She has served on various central university committees, providing advisory, acquiring funding, and directly supporting relevant ministries. She also serves as Editor-in-Chief, associate editor, and journals reviewer and has published widely in local and international journals. Prof. Dr. Rohana is also a professional certified trainer and a visiting professor in the region and abroad.
Abdurakhmanov Kalandar Khodjayevich (Academician) is a well-known scientist in Uzbekistan and abroad, specialising in labour economics, artificial intelligence, social-labour relations, and HRM. He is a full member of the Academies of Science of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation, as well as the International Academy of Higher Education since 1998, where he serves as the scientific secretary. He holds an Honorary Doctorate from Gunadarma University, Indonesia, and is an academician of six prestigious foreign academies. He is also active in the Uzbekistan-Indonesia and Uzbekistan-USA Friendship Societies.
Goyipnazarov Sanjar Bakhodirovich (Prof. Dr.) is a versatile economist with conceptual thinking skills. His research interests include HRM, entrepreneurship, and tourism. He earned his PhD in 2018, a Doctor of Economic Sciences (DSc) in 2024, and was awarded the title of Professor in 2025. With over 15 years of academic and scientific experience in higher education, he currently serves as Head of the Department of Labour Economics at Tashkent State University of Economics, where he teaches bachelor's and master's students in Human Resource Management, Recruitment, and Labour Economics subjects.
Rozalawati Ngah is a strategic HR professional with extensive experience in banking, manufacturing, shared services, aviation, and energy industries across local and multinational organisations. She holds a bachelor's degree from Universiti Teknologi MARA, an MBA from Universiti Putra Malaysia, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership at Universiti Teknologi MARA. She is the Country HR Leader for Malaysia and Indonesia, specialising in talent acquisition, succession planning, HR transformation, and analytics. In 2025, she received four awards at the Employee Experience Excellence Awards in Malaysia.
